She agrees to put me in touch with an Apple Care specialist, so now back on hold with same terrible playlist as I'm writing this. Rude, unsympathetic person who says we just have to cancel the order. Finally talked to a real person but who is not at the local store. You would think a leading technology company would have some kind of plan for their local stores even if they have a heavy call volume. More than thirty minutes and a horrible, distorted playlist in the background. I am on my third long phone wait to talk to someone at the store with a simple question about my appointment that the computerized response does not answer. User ( 22:52) Maybe this is not a reflection on the local store as much as Apple in general and I never write bad reviews but this is the most frustrating thing ever. Even set in on session about iCloud photos. Once inside my fears were put to rest when the help all dressed in Red and very knowledgeable about anything Apple related. User ( 22:28) When we first arrived I was dreading standing in line waiting for someone to help with the problem. Don’t waste your time trying to get a repair completed.

But that didn’t stop them from making me wait 2 hour! Why even make appointments if this is how you respect people’s time? After 2 hours this Apple store told me they wouldn’t replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 6. I made an appointment and showed up on time.
